Can you please explain the difference between a subscription and a license?
When you purchase a subscription from us, you receive a subscription license. Here's what it means:
Subscription: This refers to your account with our payment processor and on our website. When you log into our website (using the person icon at the top), you access your store account and subscription management. Here, you can see when your subscription will be recharged, cancel your subscription, and update your payment method, address, and username/password. Your subscription is what is used to add or renew your license to our license server.
License: This is different from your subscription. Your license is used to log into the software and access the subscription you’ve paid for.
Your license and your subscription will always have the same experation and renewal date.
