How do I get technical support?

If you wish to get support, you must be a customer. For trial users or those who have not yet purchased our software, we offer limited technical support.

We offer several ways to get support:

  1. Discord: This is our preferred and fastest method of support. Join our Discord server for daily assistance.

  2. Submit a Ticket: Log into your account by clicking the person icon above. Once logged in, click on "Submit A Ticket" at the top of the page. Most tickets are responded to within 48 hours. Note that tickets are not answered on weekends.

  3. Email: You can email us at support@de-flight.com, although this is the slowest method. We recommend using the above two methods for quicker responses.
