Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the products being digital, it is not feasible to offer refunds as they can be distributed via digital means.

Please read all terms and conditions carefully to ensure you are purchasing the correct product. We do everything we can to explain each product in detail. We cannot and will not offer refunds for purchases made by mistake due to not reading the terms and/or descriptions.

We strive to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. We offer remote support, support chat, and this knowledge base to help you succeed with our software products.

If you have purchased a subscription, you have the ability to cancel at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days. Once you have purchased a subscription, you are provided with that service for the duration of the subscription.

We do not offer refunds for multiple subscription purchases. If you accidentally purchase multiple subscriptions, your current subscription will be modified to include the extended duration. However, if this becomes a habit, your subscription will be suspended for a period of up to one month.

No exceptions will be made.
